Its main function is to make the homogeneous mixture (water + syrup) and final carbonation of the product. Set assembled on the same base, coming from three fundamental elements: water, syrup, and CO2 with the objective to produce a gaseous beverage ready to be bottled. It possesses an auxiliary gasification tube in line, where the gasification process is completed through an injector tube. Carbonation in the tank occurs through distribution in trays, providing a large contact area between the product and CO2, facilitating CO2 absorption by the liquid.
